Like Chrome, we're working on improved full-screen support on Mac OS X Lion but in the meantime, to exit full-screen mode, you can either:
1) Press cmd + shift + F, or
2) While in full-screen, hover your mouse to the top, click on the View option, and select Exit fullscreen mode.
