Please email questions-at-rockmelt.com and attach your rockmelt_debug.log file from the steps below so we can investigate:On Mac:
Click on your desktop > Press shift + cmd + G > type ~/Library in the Go To window -> Application Support -> RockMelt
Win 7 or Vista:
Start Menu -> then copy and paste in: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\RockMelt\User Data
Win XP:
Start Menu -> Run -> then copy and paste in: %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\RockMelt\User Data
